    Good job on putting this video up! Most local people do not realize just how involved Marion County was in the War of 1812, including the “Creek War” in Mississippi Territory. The Fort Mims Massacre of 1814, the “911″ attack of its day, occured just over in what is now Alabama and is a much underestimated event today.
