New Emergency Dispatch

Marion County has installed a new computer aided dispatch system, called InterActCAD, that can cut the time it takes for dispatchers to relay a 911 call to emergency officials in half.  When a 911 call is made, the information is put into the system automatically and then the computer suggests which emergency agency should respond.  [...]
